We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed. Since digital files cannot be physically returned or unused, we cannot offer refunds for a change of mind.

However, we want to ensure you receive a perfect file. Please check your digital posters as soon as you download them. If you experience any issues, such as a corrupted file, a broken download link, or if you received the wrong file, please contact us immediately at info@neoncanvas.store so we can fix the issue and send you a working copy.

Please note that standard online shopping return rights, including the European Union 14-day cooling-off period, do not apply to digital content once the download has started.
